Hagé attaches great importance to the well-being of everyone involved in our supply chain. It is important to us that our products are manufactured with care for people, the environment and our surroundings. For us, corporate social responsibility is about more than just the environment. We also focus on responsible working conditions, housing and salaries off all employees involved.

Healthy production is sustainable production

Sustainability is one of Hagé's priority areas. For us, healthy production is synonymous with sustainable production -  and sustainability is embedded throughout our business operations. We are in constant dialogue with growers at home and abroad so that we can grow healthy produce for a health-conscious society. By supporting them in growing crops sustainably we contribute to making the world a little healthier every day.

Balance between people, planet and profit

Hagé strives constantly to achieve a good balance between people, planet and profit. This means we not only think about environmental protection but also contribute to improving working conditions. We participate in various sustainability programmes such as BSCI , SEDEX and Fair Trade. We also adhere to the Ethical Trade Initiative principles with regard to the ethical, social and environmental aspects of free enterprise.
